  1. All advertising material, editorial content, images and/or instructions must be supplied by the published copy deadline for each issue.

  2. If you fail to meet the published deadline, we cannot guarantee that your advertisement or feature will be included in that issue.

  3. All payments must be up to date in accordance with the agreed payment schedule for your advertisement or feature to be published. Mid-Western Living reserves the right to withhold publication where payments are overdue.

  4. We have a strict no-refund policy once payment has been made.

  5. The publisher takes no responsibility for colour variations or inaccurate reproduction where a colour proof has not accompanied supplied advertising artwork.

  6. By supplying photographs, images or other visual material to Mid-Western Living, you confirm that you have the necessary permission and rights for Mid-Western Living to reproduce and use that material in the magazine, on our website and in promotional material relating to Mid-Western Living, including newsletters and social media.

  7. When supplying photographs or images, you must advise Mid-Western Living of any photographer, creator or copyright credit that is required. Where no credit information is provided, Mid-Western Living will assume that no attribution is required.
