Thoughtfully Sourced Catering isn’t just about beautiful food - it’s about meaningful
connection. Created by Jess, a passionate advocate for hospitality, regenerative farming
and sustainability, the business brings together the region’s best local produce in artfully styled
grazing platters and tables. From in-house made hummus and seeded crackers to vibrant vegetables
and thoughtfully paired cheeses, everything is wholefood-focused and sourced with intention.
Each platter is a celebration of community - connecting growers, producers and guests in one
delicious moment. Now part of the Rest Easy collective, Thoughtfully Sourced Catering has
found a natural partnership with local farm stays and events that share the same values. Together,
they offer experiences that invite guests to slow down, savour the season, and truly connect with
the land around them.
The grazing board featured on our cover is a perfect reflection of Jess’s approach - honest, generous, and deeply rooted in the flavours of the region.
