Rylstone Olive Press Strikes Gold - Again!
Jan 15, 2026
Rylstone Olive Press is once again flying the flag for the Mudgee region on the world stage, collecting 46 medals, including 25 gold medals, WA Olive Awards - Champion EVOO, Hunter Olive Show - Champion NSW + ACT & Royal Adelaide Olive Awards - Best Mild Oil.
At the Olio Nuovo Days Awards in Paris, the team earned two Golds for its Monocultivar Leccino and Frantoio extra virgin olive oils, plus a Silver for its Barnea.
Closer to home, Rylstone Olive Press took home five Gold, two Silver and three Bronze at the Australian International Olive Awards - an achievement that cements its place as one of Australia’s leading olive oil producers.
Founder Jayne Bentivoglio said the results highlight both the dedication behind the brand and the strength of the region’s growing conditions.
“We’re incredibly proud that the Mudgee region continues to be recognised for producing some of Australia’s best extra virgin olive oils,” Jayne said. “Our olive grove is 28 years old and has more than 300 years of life ahead of it - a lasting contribution to the health and wellbeing of our community.”
These recent awards add to an already impressive history - Rylstone Olive Press has now won more than 200 Gold and hundreds of Silver and Bronze medals across Australia, London, Paris and beyond. And behind every accolade is a continued focus on quality, sustainability and a passion for sharing the exceptional flavours of the region with the world.
